If not confirmed, payment will be refunded, and the purchase cancelled. State law requires that we charge sales tax on all orders shipped within the State of California. RETURNS You may be returned an item within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will only be issued for items purchased from the Kyosho America eBay Store. Items must be returned in NEW condition A refund, pending the outcome of a review of the return, will be issued within 3 days of receipt.
